How to Get There?

Direct Flights from Ireland serve Bodrum–Milas Airport (1 hour to the South) and Izmir Airport (1½ hours to the North) during the Summer Season. Flights through England serve Izmir Airport throughout the year. Flight time is approx. 4 hours 15 mins.

Location

This is one of the most beautiful regions in all turkey, famous for its breathtaking scenery and its historical sites with its memories of a bygone roman empire. The town of Altinkum is nestled around a long golden beach beside the turquoise Aegean Sea. By day it is bathed by the warm Mediterranean sun, by night it comes alive, with lively bars and restaurants.

Government investment here is substantial, with improvements in the roads, walk ways and all public amenities, with the aim to promote tourist and investment in the area.

A massive new 50 million 500+ berth marina will be complete in 2009. All properties located in the marina area of the resort are expect to achieve substantial rise in capital appreciation, and as Golden Cove is located on the marina road this is another great plus. There are also a large number of new golf courses planned, and a large cinema complex for the area.

The Aqua Park attracts many visitors to the resort, as do the historical ruin of Apollo Theatre, but by far the main attractions are three beaches and numerous sandy coves in the area, from which you can take boat trips out to the nearby Greek islands, lying just off shore.
