Within the privacy of its own walled and landscaped gardens, you will find a wonderful spot for sunbathing or taking that cool dip. Nothing will be too much trouble for our friendly staff who will serve your favourite tipple at your sun lounger, or if you fancy, you can jump in and use the swim-up pool bar.

And that isn’t all, because all adult guests will have free use of the Apollo Health Spa at Club Aegean, which boasts top of the range gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, along with changing rooms, massage area and hairdressers (charges apply). There is also a full size on-site tennis court for the sole use of guests.

Technical Specification for the Apartment Exteriors, Grounds and Facilities

• Surface of the blocks will be silicon acrylic paint in different colours
• Entrance, stairs and halls of staircase will be 3cm 1st class marble
• Staircase of the blocks will be silicon acrylic internal paint
• Handrails will be ferforge or similar metal
• Entrance doors of the blocks will be aesthetically metal
• For isolating the blocks, open areas on the terrace will be tiled and closed areas will be covered with bardoline roof
• There will be an 80cm brick garden wall around the blocks which will be plastered and painted and there will be a 120cm metal fence over them
• There will be an entrance arch and gate
• There will be a one tone water tank and pump in each block
• After completing the building, building mess will be cleaned, gardening and planting will be done
• There will be car parking in a suitable place
• An additional floor will be built in one of the blocks and the ground floor of one will accommodate restaurant, shops reception  and toilet area
• Facilities will be located in the opposite Block where the underground shelter area will be housed and will include a gym, sauna/ Jacuzzi and Health Spa
• There will be a lift to each block
• A communal swimming pool with a children’s pool will be built as being ready to use with all technical equipment
• A swim– up pool bar will be incorporated in the swimming pool
• A children’s play area with necessary equipment will be situated on the site
• The area around the pool will be finished to allow sunbathing
• A Sports court/ games area will be sited in the garden area in an appropriate place 
• A generator suitable to supply electricity to the four blocks and the two blocks on the adjacent land will be installed. (If for technical reasons an additional generator has to be purchased this will be an additional cost to the buyers)
