About the Development
Based in the Lake Tuzla, region of Bodrum, situated on a plot of 63,757 sq. m of land, boasting green areas and a recreational space of 55,000 sq. m. Building works started on the 30th September 2007, and will be completed in May 2009.
Build Quality is to the highest standard, main structure is by R.C.C (Reinforced Concrete Column & Beams), and reinforced concrete roof and floors. Flamingos flock to the area by the thousand, and you can see the largest population of white storks in the region. Pelicans, Heron, Mallard, Water Chicken, Grey & Hungarian Duck and Swallow.
