Technical SpecificationsMain BuildingCarrier System The houses will be made of earthquake proof skeleton carrier system, hollow coating between floors that provides sound insulation and heat insulating walls. Facades Facades will be painted with silicone or acrylic based exterior paint over water insulated coating. The lower floors of the buildings will be covered with slate. Roofs Roofs will be water insulated. A green roof will be made over the insulation layers and local plants without care requirement will be planted. A system will be established for watering these plants and PVC pipe and strainers will be placed to take rain water. There will be 2 options for switches, sockets and telephone devices. Kitchens 3 color options for the ceramic tiles between the top kitchen units and the bottom cupboards. Bathrooms Ceramic tiles will be used for the bathroom floors and upto half height on walls. There will be 3 color options for these ceramic tiles. On the other half of the walls waterproof decorative wall paint will be used. All sanitary ware, fittings and bathroom/wc accessories will comply with the standards.
