Sea Life Beach & Spa Resort
Situated on the Kumburnu peninsula in Cesme-Mordogan, the 40 hectares site on which the Peninsula Sea Life Residences is to be built, is bounded on three sides by the sea and is fronted by a green recreational area, itself 160 (1,600,000 sqm) hectares in size.
As suggested by its name the peninsula is called after its own wonderful sandy beach (KUMBURNU). Also, its maquis vegetation typical of the Mediterranean region resembles a green botanical garden stretching out into the bay of Izmir. The 800 properties to be built on this 40-hectare site (fronted by its 160 hectare government-owned recreation area) will enjoy the green maquis of the Mediterranean and the turquoise blue of the Aegean.
The Project will be made up of 75.000 square metres (7.5 hectares) of building, with the remaining area to be made up of walkways, every step of which will bring the beauty of the sea and the natural environment to mind.
The Project will be in harmony with its natural surroundings and the environment while respecting the lifestyle and activities of the individual. Properties in the Project will take the form of apartments, penthouses or villas (with own pool option) built over two floors and offering bright balconies and terraces open to the skies.
Passing the reception building situated at the entrance to the development, one can see the sea beyond the two 400 square-metre pools (one an amusement pool). From the spacious pool terraces one walks on into the surrounding streets which themselves open into large plazas.

Architectural Project
