About the Development

Gurece Stone Houses starting right in the end of the Gurece Village is located 12 km from Bodrum and 4 km from Yahsi. It is a project, which is near the city but far from the city life. The wide panorama extending from Bodrum to Gumusluk (Kos Island, Kara Island, and Cape Datca) can be viewed from each house. Gurece Stone Houses project, that is prepared with the traditional architecture understanding and material, is in harmony with the historical houses of the village in the hill where the project is located. The project consists of 27 independent houses, social building and swimming pool. Monotonous view has been avoided by making different architecture plan and facade in each of additional local trees and plants have been planted.
