This project is located just 750 metres from Yalikavak town centre. Yalikavak has a very good local transport system and is just 17 km from Bodrum.

The resort is only 900 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the local bazaar giving these properties very good rental potential. These apartments consist of a living room, open kitchen, WC, shower and 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms come fully tiled and fitted with toilet, shower and wash hand basin with taps. Indoor doors are wooden "American Style" panel doors. Each apartment has access to a shared pool of 250 m².

Buildings only make up 40% of this development; the rest is communal area, parkland, pool, walkways etc. The resort has on site security and the perimeter is walled depending on the terrain. A management company takes care of all rubbish collecting, pool and garden maintenance and any other group maintenance necessary for a monthly fee.
