Montenegro Bay Resort is situated on the coast of Adriatic Sea 55 km south-east from Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. It is 45 minute drive from Podgorica international airport – using the new tunnel (connections to Vienna, Budapest etc.), 40 minutes from Tivat airport (direct flights from Paris) and less than 4 hours from Dubrovnik airport.

The Resort is located 100 m from the beach, with a splendid view of the sea and mountains.
The total area of the building is 560 square meters. It is situated on an 11,600 square meter plot. The property, originally a XVIII century mansion, was totally renovated in 2007. The renovation works was designed by a specialized architect, who managed to keep the unique roman architecture and equip the hotel with modern and luxurious amenities.
The Resort comprises of 7 rooms. Three master suites with two double beds (one on a mezzanine), working desk, terrace and bathroom; three standard rooms with double bed, bathroom and shower; one “boudoir” room with queen size bed and bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with luxury Italian furniture. The Resort is also equipped with a swimming pool (6m x 11m), a bar, fitness area and a professional kitchen with a large terrace.
Dining area has the capacity of 60 guests: 20 inside and 40 on a terrace. On the ground floor there is a cozy, beautifully decorated lobby, where the guests can relax in the evenings. At the front of the property, in separate building, is located a house (with 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen) for personnel, reception and the office. The property can be used also as a residence.
