The Apartments
"The Hallams" consists of 5 villas each one split into 3 apartments as follows – One detached villa incorporating 3 x 100m2 - 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, double balconies apartments and four villas incorporating 3 x 80m2 - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms double balconies apartments. In total, there will be 11 x 2 bed apartments and 2 x 3 bedrooms apartments for sale.
Why "The Hallams"?
“The Hallams” is to be constructed on 2100m of gently sloping hillside at the end of the Lustica peninsula; this is widely considered as one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the Boka Kotorska bay area. The development will be situated on a southwest facing slope surrounded by low-level forestation giving the “The Hallams” a very tranquil and peaceful ambience.
Because of the position, you will enjoy the sunrise into the rear of the development and sunset over the infinity pool into the front. There are two fantastic beaches within walking distance, Zanjica and Miriste. These are among the most picturesque of the small bays here in Montenegro. Zanjica has a long “Blue Flag” beach with several bars and restaurants; this is complemented with a backdrop of Mediterranean forestation and beautifully clear waters. Miriste is much smaller and has a very “exclusive” feel, sitting watching the sunset over the Croatian peninsula whilst dining in one of the small yet high quality restaurants has a truly magical feel. The waters here are crystal clear and perfect for swimming, snorkeling and diving.
All apartments will be finished to a very high standard including high quality fully fitted kitchens, Italian porcelain floor and wall tiles and luxury bathroom suites, optional under floor heating will also be available at cost.
“The Hallams” has been designed to be self sufficient for water and have a back up electricity supply as the water is often rationed and there are frequent power cuts.
All apartments will have either double terraces or double balconies totaling either 32m2 or 34m2. The large outside areas are there to take advantage of the stunning views over the bay. A large, beautifully shaped infinity swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, barbeque and picnic area and Italian pizza oven will all be provided as well as parking spaces for 10 cars where access will be via remote control electric gates with additional parking outside of the development.
A 2 bed fully furnished apartment, which all buyers will have access to the rental of at basically the cost of cleaning. This is to enable the buyers who have guests come to stay an option of having their own space at a very low cost. This service will be operated via the website on a first come first served basis. Tivat international airport is 20 minutes away and Dubrovnik international airport just 90 minutes away.
