About the Development

Most beautifully positioned adjacent to the turquois Tyrhennian sea with the looming mountains at the rear. Located in the immediate municipality of Pizzo, Province of Vibo Valentia, just under 20 minutes drive from the international airport of Lamezia Terme and moreover only 30 minutes from the beautiful Tropea. The project takes its name from the pristine sands of the adjacent beach, just a short walking distance away!

This gated community boasts an impressive selection of two bedroom and two-bathroom apartments ranging from 65 to 78 sq metres, delivering high quality throughout their specifications. An on-site swimming pool and calming green areas complement this superb development which is flanked by no less than nine miles of coastline boasting a diverse range of landscapes.

Building Specifications

  • The structures in reinforced concrete will be carried out according with all the regulations currently in force and according to stability calculations registered at the Civil Engineers Office of the Province of Vibo Valentia.

  • The building foundations will be made up of continuous sashes in reinforced concrete or in rigid plate, laid on poor concrete casting.

  • The structure will be made up of pilasters and sashes in reinforced concrete and floors will be made up of a mixed reinforced concrete and hollow tile bricks, constituted by parallel rafters well packed with upper concrete slab and electric-welded iron lath. The inclined pitch of the roof will be carried out in reinforced concrete and hollow tile bricks with a layer of Portuguese roofing-tiles subject to preparation of the foundation with insulating material.

  • Gutters will be made up of pre-painted sheet with semicircular or trapezoidal section.

  • Downspouts will be made up of pre-painted sheet with semicircular section.

  • Curtain and partition walls will be made up of hollow tiles thermal block cm 30 thick (partition walls between the units and however just for walls not directly in contact with the outside thickness 20 cm).

  • Internal partition walls will be made up of hollow bricks of 8 cm.

  • Terraces and balconies will be opportunely waterproofed with suitable products before the floor installation.

  • The plasters for ceilings and internal walls will be made up of premixed mortar “Pronto” type.

  • External plasters will be made up of mixed mortar “Pronto” type for external areas and external paint finish.

  • Floors will be made of single-firing ceramic tiles cm 30x30 o cm 33x33 to be chosen by the client from the samples supplied.

  • The floors of the terraces will be made up of anti-freeze ceramic to be chosen by the client from the sample supplied.

  • The floor of the halls will be made up of ceramic cm 30x30 or cm 30x30 same as the floors of the basements and garages to be chosen by the client from the sample supplied.

  • The skirting boards will be made up of ceramic to be chosen by the client from the sample supplied.

  • Bathrooms and kitchen coverings (only the cooking area) will be made up of glazed tiles of cm 20x20 to be chosen by the client from the sample supplied.

  • Thresholds and staircase covering will be in Travertino marble.

  • External frames will be made as follows:
    A. window and door frames with open joint in prepainted aluminium and double glazing with supporting structure made up of aluminium alloy outlines as the sample examined by the Buyer.
    B. double glazing glasses 4-12-4 with anti-introspection printed glasses only in the bathrooms.

  • Internal doors will be made up of natural Tanganika with a frame in veneered listel complete with gasket, wing with a structure made up of fir food and with reinforcements for the lock, Internal made up of alveolar cardboard, covered of food veneered constitution, total thickness mm.44 ca with a section of mm 60 / 70x10 in veneered ironware made up of n.3 anuba hinges, lock “Patent” type, complete with brass handles, loom made up of fir food.

  • Security / armored entrance door.

  • The sanitary fittings are provided with white slope glass fitments, in particular the following Outfits are included:
    Main Bathroom: bath tub, toilet bowl, water cistern, bidet, hand wash basin.
    Bathroom: toilet bowl, water cistern, bidet, shower plate, clothes washer bath.

  • Pre-installation of water and drainage for washing machine and kitchen sink.

  • An electric water heater of 80 litres, correctly connected to the water and electric system will be guaranteed in every unit, according to the regulations in force at the moment.

  • Taps and fittings will be heavy, chromium plated, with single control system.

  • The electric system with ducted wiring and the outlets for lights will be provided in each room.

  • Furthermore, an intercommunication system will be provided with automatic control of the entrance door and main gate. All the works will be carried out in compliance with the regulations in force.

  • A satellite aerial system including satellite dish and excluding decoders and the pre-installation for telephonic system.

  • Centralized surge tank system in each building, suitable to the user's needs.

  • The whole residence will be completely surrounded by small walls cm 100 high with an iron railing above of cm 60.
