Building SpecificationsLocation and Generalities The compound is located in the Municipality of Zambrone (VV) Priscopio area. Construction The real estate will be built according to the plan approved by the municipality relevant authorities, enclosed to the deed of bid together with the aforementioned building specifications of which it is an integral part. General Regulations The builder has the right to introduce any structural and aesthetic changes held necessary and ordered by the relevant Authority or by the Supervision of construction, as well as the replacement, upon notice, of any set material in these descriptive specifications that could not be easily available on sale, with other material of similar features. Masonry The external walls will be built with a double boarding perforated bricks cm. 12 + 8 thick, acoustic insulation panel cm 3 (insul-rubber type) in the dear-air space, with a total thickness of cm. 30 inclusive of plaster. The inside partitions will be built in perforated bricks cm. 8 thick, with the exception of those in the kitchen and bathroom, which will be cm. 12 thick. Soil Stacks, Suction and Flues The soil stacks in the bathrooms and kitchens will be constructed with pipes and special parts in polyethylene resistant to high temperature and in sufficient size. Bathrooms will be provided with a PVC back vent with ventilation opening on the roof, complete with all special parts. The sucker columns for boilers’ smokes will be of sufficient section and with specifications provided by new regulations and complete with a special part in copper on the roof. The internal doors will be in national walnut size cm. 80/90/210, double panel, blind smooth; the front door will be a steel-clad type. Facades, Paintings and Varnishing Painting with water paint for surfaces, three coats, exclusive of the surfaces’ preparation: on external and internal surfaces: with transpiring water paint. The colour for painting and varnishing will be chosen by the Supervision of construction. |
