Construction

The structure of the building, the floors, the stairs, the roofing, the plugging and every exterior finish will be executed with traditional materials in compliance with the plan and its following modifications.

General Regulations

The “Zambrone resident” has the right to introduce any structural and aesthetic changes held necessary and ordered by the relevant Authority or by the Supervision of construction, as well as the replacement, upon notice, of any set material in this descriptive specifications that could not be easily available on sale, with other material of similar features.

Should the specifications itemize more materials or solutions, the choice will be reserved to the “Zambrone resident” or to the Supervisor of construction, that will harmonize them with the aesthetic and/ or functional properties of the villas.
