About the Development

This house is located in the north east of Italy 44°.37'. 06.64" N 10°.11'.55.27" E  (case Balletic, Google earth).

The building has been erected in the 12th century by monks and you shall not find a single brick in the entire structure. It is named "white house" due to its colour covering the original stone facade.

The building is extremely solid; roof has been redone 10 years ago and has survived without damages an earthquake around year 1988, in spite of modern and traditional buildings in the area who suffered severe damages.

The ground around the house is extremely stable and the house has been erected on a very large platform of solid rock.

The place is spectacular as it dominates the entire valley and all around as you can observe from the enclosed pictures.

There is a very large park in front of it and the entire property all around measures 50 hectares.

The building is divided into two different floors. Each floor is having bathroom.

Actually there is no heating system in the area a GPL supply is mostly used. Ideal would be sun panels.

The house has to be refurbished and actually can be used only during the summer time when heating is not needed. We have always used the place as a haunting base where to stay overnight eventually.

House is provided with the facilities like electric supply, a phone line and with water line. There is a gas heater for the water.

The house is free from any sort of mortgage.
