Creekside stone villas are two houses, which are constructed with beige "Gavalochori" stone on a hillside, at the edge of Stilos village. The stones are cut in rectangular shape and are put together with "dry" grouting. This technique is more complicated than the average way of building with stones in Crete.

It is however more impressive, once the house walls are dominated by the stone itself and not the cement grouting, like in most cases. It is also a technique, through which stronger walls are built.

With respect to the local architecture, natural materials are additionally used such as wood, granite and marble. Each villa boasts a private swimming pool with a built-in hot tub and large verandas for outdoor living, all in a fully landscaped, freehold garden.
