About the Development

The project of St. Andrews is built on the outskirts of Xylofagou. St .Andrews is located on the east of the village in very quite area and is only 10 minutes walk to the centre, with its shops, local taverns, banks, chemist, and supermarket etc.

The nearest sandy beach is Ayia Thekla about 4 km from St. Andrews apartments. The nearest town is Larnaca which is 20 minutes drive and Larnaca airport around is 25 mints. The famous resort of Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive to the east and Paralimni 15 minutes drive. The famous town of Famagusta (in the occupied area) is about 16 km. to the north of the village.

St .Andrews apartments consist of 2 separate blocks and builds on 2.775 m² and opposite a green area of 615m². Each block has 15 apartments five of 1 bedroom, 9 of 2 bedrooms and one of 3 bedrooms. Also has communal swimming pool and some of the apartments have store room en suite bedrooms, big verandas and most apartments have covered parking.

The ones of the ground floor have their own private garden. All the apartments are building to a very high standard and include kitchen units, wardrobes and granite worktop, double glazed windows and provision for A/C. Each block has its own elevator and on the ground floor there is a disable person’s toilet along with changing rooms, shower, and toilet for ladies and gents. The swimming pool (including children’s) is 15.80 meters long by 5.80 meter wide. It is overflow type and builds with tiles (not liner).
