House dimensions are approx 9.5m with kitchen, garage and two stores on the ground floor. First floor has two bedrooms (separate entrance), dining room (entrance from terrace), bathroom and terrace.

Currently the supply and service water from cistern, located on back yard (transferred by pump) are in service. There is chance to connect on public water supply system and tie-in point is very close - in front of house (near to the road). The roof is flat concrete slab and it is possible to add another floor approved by municipal authorities.
