About the Development

Jangada das Dunas is a brand new complex being constructed on the famous Porto das Dunas beach just some 20 kms from Fortaleza in the town of Aquiraz.

Aquiraz is known as a district of Fortaleza and many sports and tourist attractions are available, with the largest aqua park in Latin America just a few metres away from the resort, but also available all within a few minutes drive are surfing, sand boarding, rally driving, cycling, 10 kms away is the brand new golf course the biggest in Latin America also and the biggest attraction in the area currently is the kite boarding next to Porto das Dunas. 

The area also now is having a brand new water park constructed a few minutes away and has a 18 hole golf course close by. 50 metres from the beach on an elevated spot, opposite the new Aquavilla Park and close to the new golf course under construction. If the apartment enters in the Consortium, therefore under the management of Bristol, they are responsible for paying all the expenses on the property and after the expenses are paid, dividends will be calculated and paid out monthly to owners who are in the rental pool.

The owner can cancel the agreement at any time with notice of three months. The normal rental return per annum is between 8-12%. Each unit has to be furnished to a high standard as the complex will be rated as 5*, furniture packs are available but not compulsory.
