The country currently acknowledged as Vietnam has been lived since Paleolithic times. Archaeologists connect the origins of Vietnamese culture to the late Neolithic, Early Bronze Age approximately 2000 to 1400 B.C.E. By around 1200 BCE, the growth of rice farming and skill full casting of bronze in the Ma River and Red River fields went ahead to the expansion of the Dong Son culture.
