According to International Property Brokers Venezuela property market looks promising. In year 2007, 2.3 million visitors arrived, the number would increase and so would the property market potential. It has not attracted a lot of attention from Europeans as a property market in spite of it low costs of living but with rising number of tourists it’s about to change. The low taxes, low property prices, luxurious living at cheap costs are strong enough incentives for property investment. The good weather and growing tourism provides a lot of rental potential in the coming time. Tax incentives, and government’s effort to bring in more tourist will help the property market as well.
