Serbia The second half of 2004 was marked by an increased supply due to the continued construction of new apartment buildings. The market has practiced large increase of good quality two-bedroom furnished apartments in New Belgrade, Vracar and Dedinje. However, the supply of high-quality apartments available on the Belgrade market has become limited.

 The supply of family homes of approximately 250- 400m located in the municipalities of Senjal, Dedinje and Vozdovac continues to rest below the current demand level allowing for prices to stay high.

Many landlords have increased the supply of quality accommodations available by renovating their existing properties. Following an already established pattern, the high end rental market has continued to be driven by corporate expatriates and diplomats living and working in Belgrade.
