Withholding Tax

A withholding Tax amounting to 10% of the total fees/income will be received from foreign companies without a permanent presence in Oman who receive Fees/incomes from the management contracts, royalties, lease of equipment and machinery, technical expertise/research and development.

Corporate Income Tax

Corporate Tax in Oman is charged at the rate of 5.2%.

Personal Income Tax

No personal Income Tax is charged in Oman.
