International Property Brokers predict that GDP will increase by 2.5% in 2007, with prices rising by 0.6% in 2007.

Private consumption is expected to grow by 1.8% in 2007 and 1.4% in 2008. The economic growth is expected to rise 2.7% from 2% earlier. The personal disposable income is expected to grow by 1.4% in 2007 and 1.1% in 2008.
