Property Tax

Property taxes are relatively low, and are likely to remain so. In Estonia the land tax is the only real property tax; buildings and forests are not taxed separately. Land tax is based on the market value of land and ranges between 0.1 to 2.5% of market value of land annually.

Income Tax

In Estonia income tax is 23%.

Inheritance Tax

Estonia does not impose any gift, inheritance or estate taxes.

VAT

In Estonia value added tax is 18%.
