International Property Brokers forecast the GDP growth of 6% in 2007.

We expect Chile’s liberal economic policies to be maintained in 2006-07. The investment boom that contributed to growth of 6.3% in 2005 will moderate in 2006-07, but growth and government revenue will be boosted by record high copper prices.

The fiscal accounts will remain in strong surplus throughout the forecast period.
