Some of the shops in the casino are rather exclusive and expensive. Many world famous fashion designers such as Versace, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Hermès and Armani have shops in the casino malls. Las Vegas Shopping customarily occurs during mid-afternoon to evening. As the desert is unmercifully hot during the day, many shoppers retreat into the air conditioned complexes to have a day full of shopping without having to combat the heat of the desert. While some malls are open till midnight, or even all night long, you will want to make certain that you are prepared to go shopping when the weather is too hot for venturing outside. As many of the malls have over a hundred stores, you will be able to spend plenty of time indoors so you can avoid the heat outside. Fashion Show Mall Las VegasThe Fashion Show mall is huge with over 250 shops and restaurants and seven department stores. Located across the street from Wynn Las Vegas the Fashion Show has great restaurants, great shopping and fashion shows on the weekends.  Forum Shops (Caesars)A huge high-end shopping area that also offers free animatronics shows at Fountain of the Gods and Atlantis located at either end of the mall. This mall has fine restaurants, a few talking statues, a 50,000 gallon salt water aquarium and a giant toy store. They have 170 shops and it’s an incredible place to people watch.  Grand Canal Shoppes (in the Venetian)With a painted fresco (with water colours with fresh plaster) overhead, enormous walkways and a gondola-laden canal (gondola is a long boat used to ferry tourists), the Venetian provides the perfect ambience for shopping. Using the canal as a guide, patrons sweep along twists and turns, with plenty to pasture along the journey. The strolling juggler and the opera trio, dressed in regal opulence, keep all entertained. And the human statue stationed in St. Mark's Square's and the Oculus provides plenty of amusement. The Venetian glass found here is exquisite; don't miss Ripa de Monti for the best selection of hand-blown fish, dolphins and other aquatic life.  Las Vegas Premium Outlets

There are plenty of opportunities to shop in Las Vegas. If you are just buying a few souvenirs or gifts, you need not stray far from the casinos on the strip. Every casino hotel has at least a gift shop and most of the larger casinos have shopping malls with a wide variety of stores.
