The Muscat city has most of the shopping malls in Qurum at the split of the main highway and in Alkhwair area facing the government ministries. Famous Local Markets

Al Araimi

Al Araimi is a famous place for European and International fashion and accessories. It’s also a home to brand names like JC Penny, Giordano, Mexx, Versace, Bata of Italy, Rolex, Kenwood, Bose, Bosh, Carlton Cards and Acer. Besides these it also has shops dealing with Music, Electronics, Perfumes, Cards, Furniture, Footwear, Sports, Gear, Gifts, and Greeting Cards.

Zakher Shopping Mall

Away from the busy Qurrum and Ruwi areas this shopping mall has shops, selling the latest music tapes and CDs, Clothes, Sporting and diving equipment, a greeting card shop, and internet cafe and Al Fair Supermarket. This mall also contains a separate food court and includes restaurants like Café Glacier, Muscateers, Iranian restaurant and Pizza land.

Al Sarooj

This shopping center is located in the fashionable Shatti Al Qurum area and close to the beach and the Muscat International, the Grand Hyatt and the Sheraton Qurum Beach Resort. The center has Baskin Robbins, Coffee Shop and a Physiotherapy clinic. Outside this shopping mall is a small amusement park for kids.
