Goa is the smallest state of the India and in terms of population it is the fourth smallest state of India. The culture of the state of Goa is highly diverse and varied. This diversification occurred in event of long term Portuguese Colonization in the area. For 450 years, the city of Goa remained colony of Portuguese, until its incorporation in India in the year 1961.The 58 years of Indian amalgamation have not been successful in dispelling the Portuguese influence of more than four centuries. Goa is a famous tourists resort because of its wonderful weather, beauty and a wide range of entertainments, it offers to the visitors. Goa is well known throughout the world because of its white sandy beaches, variety of food, wonderful weather, romantic cruises, friendly population, exciting night life and exotic architecture.
